Recruitment Customer Success Manager (M/F)

KREANCIA is a company specialized in receivables management, credit management, amicable and legal collection of B2B B2C receivables.
As a company on a human scale, we are looking for employees who can fit in with our company’s dynamics.
To support its strong growth, KREANCIA is recruiting: A Customer Success Manager (M/F) based in Saint -Etienne at the heart of the technology park.
Your main role will be to support customers throughout their use of our services.
This is a particularly strategic role, in which you will do everything in your power to guarantee customer satisfaction.
You’ll be the customer’s main point of contact.

MAIN MISSION

  • Monitor contracts signed by the sales department, directly in ERP
  • Establish the first relationship with the customer.
  • Manage customer complaints in liaison with the Dir Co in order to improve service quality and solutions.
  • Ensure service quality and monitor implementation and performance.
  • Develop additional commercial offers.
    (Xsales, Upsales)
  • Gather customer requirements.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer reminders in the event of non-payment

 

SKILLS PROFESSIONAL

  • Master IT tools and performance indicators
    • Our MyGirc production ERP from ERIVAL,
    • Our CRM Monday.
  • Ability to work with Dir Co to define a loyalty strategy

LEVEL REQUIRED BAC + 4 (sales, commerce); minimum 3 years in a similar position
