To support its strong growth, KREANCIA is recruiting: A Customer Success Manager (M/F) based in Saint -Etienne at the heart of the technology park.
Your main role will be to support customers throughout their use of our services.
This is a particularly strategic role, in which you will do everything in your power to guarantee customer satisfaction.
You’ll be the customer’s main point of contact.

MAIN MISSION
- Monitor contracts signed by the sales department, directly in ERP
- Establish the first relationship with the customer.
- Manage customer complaints in liaison with the Dir Co in order to improve service quality and solutions.
- Ensure service quality and monitor implementation and performance.
- Develop additional commercial offers.
(Xsales, Upsales)
- Gather customer requirements.
- Focus on customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty.
- Manage customer reminders in the event of non-payment
SKILLS PROFESSIONAL
- Master IT tools and performance indicators
- Our MyGirc production ERP from ERIVAL,
- Our CRM Monday.
- Ability to work with Dir Co to define a loyalty strategy

LEVEL REQUIRED BAC + 4 (sales, commerce); minimum 3 years in a similar position
